LITTLE WOMEN follows the adventures of sisters, Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy March. Set against the backdrop of Civil War America, this timeless tale of love and family tells the story of Jo March, a young and aspiring writer. When publishers pass on her writings, she is encouraged by her friend Professor Bhaer to write more from herself. Begrudgingly taking his advice, Jo weaves the story of herself and her sisters and their experience growing up in Civil War America.
The show features music by Jason Howland, lyrics by Mindi Dickstein and a book by Allan Knee. J. Scott Lapp directs the production with musical direction by Bill Brown and choreography by Chelsea Nicole Lapp. The creative team includes scenic design by Tim Mahoney, costume design by Janet Pitcher, and lighting design by Joel Britt. Evan D'Angeles is the casting director and Sarah Hughes serves as the stage manager.
